Ferrarotti is located in the southern part of Piedmont, in the district of Langhe, about 20 minutes drive from Barolo. The area is famous for its beautiful scenery, wine, cheese, truffles, hazelnuts and Piedmontese cuisine. The house is completely undisturbed, about 500 meters above sea level, with vineyards on all sides and a separate small vineyard with Dolcetto grapes. There is a heated pool with stunning views (infinity pool) and a large and lovely garden with several seating areas.

Our house near Nice has two floors, one of which is entirely reserved for family, friends and Airbnb rentals. Our accommodation is not new, but we prioritise comfort and a high-quality welcome, and we are constantly working to improve what we offer. The outbuildings (swimming pool, terrace, etc.) are reserved for the occupants of the house only (hosts and Airbnb guests). The accommodation has a separate entrance and is almost fully equipped (crockery, washing machine, sheets, etc.).

Isidore's house

Isidore's house, located between Nice (15 km) and Monaco (8 km) is part of our house with a separate entrance that is totally independent. The air-conditioned duplex includes a fully equipped kitchenette on the ground floor. In front of the entrance, a small table allows you to eat in the shade of the wisteria. Upstairs, one bedroom and one bathroom are accessed by a small staircase. A bay window in the bedroom gives access to a terrace with a beautiful sea view of the bay of Eze.

In Costa, approximately 1 km from Celle Ligure beach, I offer the first floor of a new detached villa, comprising a double bedroom, bathroom, and a small living room with kitchen for private use. The accommodation also includes a terrace overlooking the gulf and a table for al fresco dining. Private parking is available, with a road that is difficult to access; maximum width 1.80 metres. The area is very quiet and close to hiking trails (Stage 16 of the Sentiero Liguria).

Renovated independent studio (T1) with a separate bedroom (bed 160 cm x 200 cm), in a quiet residential area of Nice. Nice is a very large city (72 km2), and we are 11 km from the Promenade des Anglais, which is about 20 minutes by car. A vehicle is recommended, parking is easy and free a few meters from the house. Large 65-inch (164 cm) TV. All household linen is washed at 60°C. We have a charging station for electric vehicles.

The suite includes 3 double rooms, each of which has a large terrace. There are two bathrooms: one master and one private. The rooms are spacious, bright and equipped with the best amenities. The suite is a 15-minute walk from the center of Alba and includes a large parking lot. Guests will have the entire suite at their disposal, which has a separate and independent entrance; there is also a wifi connection.
