One of the most stunning, hidden gems! After a beautiful mountain drive (be prepared!) we arrived to the small village and were immediately stunned by the peace and quiet and beauty of it all. The view of the beautiful old church, the modern layout of the apartment, the real slowness of mountain living — it all made sense and it all made for a perfect stay. Erica made it easy for us to check ourselves into the apartment, quickly replied to every message and was incredibly helpful. 10/10 host! If you are looking to experience the true dolce far niente, there’s no better place than to do it here. I will definitely be coming back!

Peccioli is the perfect central location to stay in Tuscany and this well-appointed apartment is perfectly located right in the heart of the old town. We opted for the paid parking, just 15€ for 7 days. So close and always spaces available. Do yourself a favour and pop into the patisserie right next door each morning for the most incredible fresh-baked goodies.

Really enjoyed meeting Jvan . He was extremely friendly , and clear on all communication . Loved meeting his doggies .. Having Jvan meet us at train station was perfect . Loved that amazing deck with the stunning view ! Thankful Jvan was able to share his home with us ! Loved not having to search for our place !
