Go for a picturesque walk along the cliffside trails, spread out on the sunny beaches a short walk away, and experience Monaco's famous sights nearby. The flat location is suitable both for those who like to have a panoramic walk or for those who rather prefer to take the car to explore the area. Principality of Monaco is 4 minutes away by car, while it takes 20 minutes to reach the border on foot. The Nice international airport is 35 mins away by car (34 km). A great transportation option to/from the airport is the Airport Express bus (# 110) which connects both Nice airport terminals to Menton and makes a stop 1 minute walking distance from my flat. The Bus #100 stops 1 minute from the flat (4 Chemins roundabout) and goes from Menton to Nice, passing through Monaco. PARKING --> The garage is a great plus of my flat as parking on the street in this area is quite difficult. It is very easily accessible from the main road and it is connected to the flat through an elevator. Garage size: 4.9m (length) X 2.8m (width) x 1.85m (height).

You can prepare a delicious meal in the fully-equipped kitchen and enjoy it in the dining room with your family or friends. Together with my wife we set up a chat with our guests (via WhatsApp/Messanger) to be able to serve you 24/7 with suggestions, help and recommendations. Our preferred language is English but we can also communicate in Italian, French, Polish and Spanish. The apartment is located in the city center of La Spezia right by the pedestrian zone and train station. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops a stone's throw away. We are happy to find a best solution in terms of parking if you come by car. But then you can forget the car and use your feet or public transport to reach anywhere you need.
