The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

You are independent in an apartment with a bedroom, a living room with kitchenette and a double sofa bed. The living room opens to the terrace with a view across the valley and a glimpse of the sea. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook. You can park in front of your entrance. The heating is a pellet stove and an electric stove in the bathroom In the summer months, it is forbidden to light a fire to make a barbecue. Please dispose of your waste. Thank you so much.
