Beautiful property! Great location at the top of a hill away from the bustle but a very short walk to restaurants and nightlife. The space itself is well-appointed and high quality. And we felt very safe staying there. No complaints, highly recommend this property.

We had such a calm and relaxing vacation. Waking up to the sound of the ocean, listening to the birds at night. So close to the beach and a quick walk into town. The loft was small but perfect for what we needed.

The studio is a nice space, the pools in the condominium are lovely and the location is right on the beach!

Adriana was an excellent host and very responsive when we had an issue with the water heater pilot being turned off. The unit is clean and a good size. It comes well equipped with towels, soap and shampoo. The unit could benefit from a drying rack for the balcony so you don’t have to run the dryer. The washroom set up is quite unique not allowing for a lot of privacy so you need to be very comfortable with the person you are staying with. The building itself is new and a great location - walking distance to many great restaurants, a grocery store and the beach. The rooftop pool is a great location to take in the sun and you can see the ocean.

We loved our stay at Alex's place! The condo is in the perfect location in a quiet neighborhood but only a short walk to all the restaurants, bars and the beach. The building is modern, clean and all the staff and residents were super friendly. The unit itself was very clean and well stocked. We really appreciated the comfortable bed and the awesome balcony! Nuit and Alex were both great hosts and very quick to respond. We cannot wait to return in the future!

Great Stay And very friendly host

Close to beach, restraunts, supermarket, corner store, bank and pharmacy. Beach access is immediate. Pools are maintained and cleaned every morning. Laundry machines work well. Well stocked kitchen utensils and cookware.

I stayed at Diana’s apartment for a month and could not have been happier with the decision. It’s quiet, located half a block from the beach, and walkable to almost anything you’d want to do in PV. I worked remotely for a portion of my stay and the wifi was fast and, except for one or two issues, very reliable. The A/C worked great, there are laundry machines on each floor, and keyless entry to the building via a key fob. Anytime I needed something, Diana was super responsive. I’d definitely return. Thanks, Diana!

I spent a week here. Absolutely fantastic location in the heart of La Cruz close to restaurants, stores, the marina. The apartment is wonderful cozy and all I needed for my weeks work in the boat yard

The accommodation was very good, the attention and above all the location we have everything close by convenience stores, public transport is easy to take and that leaves you close to the accommodation I stayed with my family all we are very comfortable price and nice the place I definitely recommend this accommodation and I would return every time 🫶

Loved my stay in the Coral Suite! It was exactly as described and I loved being on the 3rd floor with a view and the breezes. The area was nice and quiet and felt safe for a solo female traveller. I appreciated having the little fridge and hot plate etc so I could cook the odd meal for myself, and the instructions on check in were easy. The pool was one of my favourite things - so great to cool off in! I also loved the windows and decor of my room. Would love to come back!

Teresa and Arturo were very attentive and kind! We had to ask for a few small items and they responded immediately and kindly gave us many tips for places to visit in Mexico etc. The pool was lovely also. The walk to ‘town’ took us approx 5 minutes. Our only complaint was construction going on both at the complex as well as next door which was quite loud during our stay. Gracias Teresa & Arturo!

Clean, Secure and great value.

We felt right at home in this cozy and clean home, run by a local family. Easy to come and go as it is centrally located. Great wifi for digital nomads as mentioned. Yes, this is located on the main artery in town; and is surprisingly loud with vehicles of all kinds driven by, but we got used to it.

The home is just as pictured. Quiet and cozy with all necessary amenities. It’s located in Mezcales, in a neighborhood called Alta Vela. I enjoyed the kind people, the parks are nearby for kids and everyone is pleasant. My perfect type of location is where I can walk to the gym, many stores and sites and this home is preferred to have a car and use public transport to get around. Ixchel and Quetzal could not have been better hosts, very helpful, quickly responsive and have wonderful integrity. If peace and quiet in a wonderful cozy home is what you are searching for, this is a great spot.
