Jacopo and his brother are excellent hosts. Very friendly and available for anything. He gave us clear instructions and suggestions regarding places to visit and so forth. It is also very easy to communicate with them. Highly recommended.

We felt right at home! Great location, very clean, nicely decorated! Good communication with the host… Well-kept apartment…. We loved Claudio”s condo, the style, balcony…. Wonderful apartment, an unforgettable.. Claudio is super helpful, thank you very much and see you soon…

La comunicazione con Andrea è stata molto buona. L'alloggio era pulito e ordinato con un'ampia cucina che noi non abbiamo usato. Abbiamo alloggiato lì per andare al circuito. Noi l'abbiamo raggiunto a piedi, ma vicinissimo c'era la possibilità di prendere un trenino che portava all'ingresso del circuito (sia all'andata che al ritorno). Abbiamo potuto parcheggiare gratuitamente in un parcheggio indicato dalla mamma di Andrea che ci ha portato le chiavi. La signora ci ha permesso di fare il check out più tardi, visto che il giorno successivo non vi erano ospiti. E' stato un gesto molto gentile e apprezzato da tutte noi. Beatrice’s apartment is super cute, very clean, tastefully decorated and has EVERYTHING you need for a comfortable stay. I really loved the fact that there is a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee maker. My husband enjoyed the balcony:) The beach is within a 2-minute walk. A huge plus is a gated private parking lot. Beatrice is very easy to communicate with. She responded to my messages instantly and answered all the questions I had. We definitely recommend Beatrice’s place.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Nicolò, Roberta und Thor hat uns unglaublich gut gefallen! ☺️ Wir sind zusammen mit unserer zweijährigen Tochter gereist, die bei uns im Bett geschlafen hat, und die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt. Der lange Sandstrand ist direkt vor der Tür (ein paar Meter) und überall sind kleine Spielplätze. Die Kommunikation mit Nicolò und Roberta hat auch immer reibungslos funktioniert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen, wenn wir noch mal in Rimini wären. Vielen Dank für alles! ☺️🤗

L’appartement étais au top avec le parking intérieur la hôte étais très sympa nous sa conseille pour divers activité ou repas Je vous conseille si vous rechercher un appartement pour 7 personne

Stefano è stato un host impeccabile fin dal primo contatto: gentile, accogliente e sempre disponibile. Avevamo previsto l'arrivo alle 23.00 e, nonostante ritardi per il traffico, ci ha accolti senza problemi, con grande cordialità. L’appartamento è esattamente come descritto: spazioso, pulitissimo, ben attrezzato e perfetto per famiglie o gruppi, grazie a due bagni, camere separate per la privacy e una grande zona giorno ideale per stare insieme. La posizione è ottima, a due passi dalla spiaggia e dal centro, con due posti auto riservati molto comodi. La colazione è inclusa e può essere consumata in uno dei due bar consigliati da Stefano, entrambi vicinissimi. Durante tutto il soggiorno è stato sempre reperibile, rispondendo subito a ogni domanda, anche fuori orario. Oltre alla bellezza di Fano, ciò che davvero ti fa venir voglia di tornare è l’ospitalità di Stefano: la sua professionalità, i consigli su dove mangiare e cosa fare, e la sua capacità di farti sentire un vero fanese! TOP

Schöne Wohnung und Paolo ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Im Oktober war es schon ruhig, aber noch schönes Wetter. Einziges Manko: Das Haus liegt nahe an einer Zugstrecke. Das betrifft aber alle Häuser direkt am Meer und hat uns nach dem ersten Tag nicht mehr gestört. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Miejsce z bliskim dostępem do piekarni, przystanku autobusowego i wejścia na plażę. Apartament czysty, przestronny z łatwym zameldowaniem. Kontakt z gospodarzem bardzo dobry. Polecam :)

Un beau séjour en famille, appartement très sympathique avec deux terrasses qui assurent l’ombre en tout moment du jour, cuisine entièrement équipée, café, condiments et même un cadeau de bienvenue dans les placards. Pareils soins pour le bien-être du voyageur dans la salle de bain dotée avec force savon, shampoo, serviettes, tout impeccablement neuf et brillant de propreté. Le Barbecue neuf, mis à disposition dans la cour arrière, invite a prendre les repas a l’ombre des oliviers tandis que sur la terrasse devant l’on peut s’asseoir pour prendre le café en guettant le passage d’un train dans la gare tout près. Et pourquoi pas? On peut prendre un bain a la lumière des étoiles, la plage commune est a quelques pas, on s’y sent libre et joyeux comme au temps de l’enfance.

Geweldige vakantie gehad bij Villa Mariella! De villa's bevinden zich in een heel mooie, besloten omgeving, er is een prachtige goed onderhouden tuin en een fijne, schoone zwembad. De villa's zijn heel dichtbij het strand. De strand is tegen betaling maar je krijgt een vaste plek met een parasol en twee ligbedden. De strand is ook schoon en netjes. Het is ook heel fijn dat je gebruik kunt maken van de fietsen voor de gaten. Op de fiets maar ook te voet is het stadscentrum goed bereikbaar. De gastheren zijn heel aardig en beleefd. Heel fijne contact gehad.

Wir (Ehepaar und drei Hunde) haben in dem kleinen Paradies von Lorenzo & Monica in jeder Beziehung ein tolles Ferienerlebnis gehabt. Das Haus: mit viel Liebe, Sorgfalt und Stolz gepflegt, bietet Platz innen und im Garten sowie Privatsphäre. Die Lage: auf dem kleinen Hügel genug weit weg vom Trubel der Touristen unten an der Promenade, aber nah genug beim Meer (300m, kleine Strasse den Hang hinunter), umgeben von viel Grün und Natur. Die Gastgeber: flexibel, höflich und kommunikativ (Lorenzo, mit ihm wurde die Buchung vereinbart) sowie charmant, hilfsbereit und Gastgeberin aus Passion (Monica, die nebenan mit ihrer Familie wohnt). Vielleicht ist es besser, wenn wir jetzt mit dem Lob stoppen, weil wir gerne nächstes Jahr wiederkommen wollen - und nicht möchten, dass es keinen Platz mehr gibt...;-) Grazie mille, Monica e Lorenzo!

Wir haben bei Serafina in Senigallia eine große Parterrewohnung gemietet, in einem Haus, das auf einem Hügel steht. Der Hügel reicht bis in die Stadt hinein. Aus dem Garten des Hauses sieht man die in 3 km entfernte Adria. Wenn man das Haus in die Gegenrichtung verlässt, kommt man direkt in die schöne Hügellandschaft der Marken. Da kann man kleine Wanderungen machen. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier und haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Dies ist Serafina und ihrem Ehemann Francesco, ihrer Herzlichkeit und ihrer Gastfreundschaft zu verdanken. Wir kommen gerne nach Senigallia , weil Senigallia eine schöne, moderne, seinem geschichtlichen Erbe verbundene, dem Strandleben und der Kunst zugewandte Stadt ist.

Appartamento molto bello, con vista deliziosa e ottima fruibilità degli spazi esterni. L'appartamento, sapientemente ristrutturato, offre tutti i servizi necessari per un gradevole soggiorno. Ottima posizione sia per la distanza dal mare, si attraversa la strada e si giunge in spiaggia, sia dal centro città, una passeggiata sul lungomare consente di arrivare in pochi minuti. Cordiale accoglienza e disponibilità da parte dell'host. Soluzione da consigliare!!

Our stay in Rimini was truly wonderful! The apartment was ideally located, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by numerous restaurants and activities. Whether you wanted to relax by the sea or explore the vibrant local scene, everything was easily accessible on foot. The apartment itself was modern, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the private parking, which made our stay even more convenient. The host was exceptionally kind, flexible, and always willing to help. Their warm hospitality added a special touch to our trip. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Rimini – it’s the perfect base for a memorable vacation!

L’appartamento si trova in posizione ideale per raggiungere a piedi sia la spiaggia che il centro. La descrizione corrisponde alla realtà. Cucina fornita di tutto il necessario. Ambienti spaziosi. Ottima comunicazione e disponibilità da parte di Eleonora e Stefano. Nel complesso un soggiorno davvero piacevole.

Alloggio recentemente ristrutturato. Arredamento curato e funzionale . Lenzuola e asciugamani nuovi e pulitissimi. Possibilità di utilizzare la lavatrice e di stirare. Stefania cordiale e presente. Davvero un ' esperienza positiva .

Top Wohnung in perfekter Lage und mit großartigem Ausblick. Einmal über die Straße und man ist im Strandparadies! Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, stets erreichbar und hilfsbereit - wir haben uns hier das erste, aber nicht das letzte Mal eingemietet 😃

Appartamento confortevole a due passi dal mare con parcheggio gratuito sotto casa. Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati benissimo, letti comodissimi, cucina e bagno forniti di tutto il necessario. Grazie Alberto!
