The apartment is on the second floor which gives you a beautiful view of the river and the city of Rivière-du-Loup. I am the owner-occupant of this Duplex, so easily reachable. Located in the ancestral house that we live in, the studio offers private access and can accommodate up to 3 people. There is a kitchen area (espresso machine, kettle, microwave, toaster and fridge, dishes) and a bathroom with washer-dryer. Bedding, parking, basic condiments as well as coffee and tea for a few days are provided. In season, you can buy organically grown vegetables for sale at the kiosk on the grounds.
