Despite a communication quack, hosts are responsive on request and proactive in their service. I recommend this very pleasant place, clean and decorated with taste.

This place was absolutely stunning. Such a beautiful location and a lovely room to stay in. Only issue was the hot water but Sebastien had amazing communication and was very helpful.

A perfect stay! We had an absolutely wonderful long weekend at this place. Everything was up to our expectations, or even beyond: the place is impeccably clean, very well equipped, bringing all the comforts you need and ideally located to discover Arras on foot. The welcome was warm and attentive, with little touches that really make the difference. It felt like home from the first few minutes. Thank you again for this beautiful quality experience, we will be happy to come back!

to be honest, i have rented over i think 100 airbnbs in my time, Victorias home is in my top 5 accommodations, secure parking that i was very pleased about, beds were large and comfortable, outside area for smokers was undercover and very nice to sit out in even the rain, i can not recommend this place enough, i will most certainly return, even though i was only there for one night, i would have stayed for a month or more if that was where i was working, 10 out of 5 trust me
