It is comfortable, quiet, finished, well equipped with a beautiful southwest exposure, which makes it very bright. It is equipped with an armored door, independent heating with a water heater, a kitchen, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and a microwave. It comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.
