Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this place. In a location isolated from traffic, surrounded by a forest, but very close to the center in a very well-maintained condominium. Our house is about 40 sqm on two levels. It consists of a large living room with fireplace, kitchenette with a comfortable wooden staircase leading to the upper floor, attic, there is a double bedroom, a bathroom and a small bedroom with a retractable bunk bed. Warm and cozy apartment, enriched by a nice fireplace and a relaxing view of the snowy landscape. The mountain atmosphere is enhanced by the wooden ceiling and the typical furnishings and ornaments. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people (mat bed +sofa mat) and is suitable for both couples and families. Kitchen is complete with cutlery and dishes. Heating is self-contained. The center of Pescocostanzo is easily reachable on foot while the slopes are only a few minute's drive away.
