The house has a 20 sqm base, but is efficiently utilized with loft, large ceiling height and good window surfaces. The terrace is south facing and sunny.

Only 9 minutes by bus to Oslo winter park alpine ski resort Skimore.

It takes 5 min to' walk to two grocery stores open on Sundays. The 42 bus is 5 min away and the subway is in 15 min walking distance. In total it is 30 min to city center. One parking space is included.

Cozy suite in the basement of a stylish 2015 house, with private entrance. It is located in the beautiful and calm area of Ullern, close to subway and bus stops that connect to the city centre in 15-20 minutes, and Flybussen FB3 (direct night line to Oslo Airport in 70 minutes). This 23 m2 suite consists of a nice living room, bathroom and washing room. There is NO KITCHEN available but there is a mini-fridge and coffee/tea amenities.
