Holiday rentals in Roaring Branch

Donna's place was very nice! The house was beautiful and clean. The decorations and furniture were modern. The house has many large windows which really add to the home and view! The porch was a very nice place to relax with a gorgeous view of the mountains and valley. My family enjoyed access to the hot tub and pool table. I would definitely recommend this place to stay, and visit nearby places like ricketts glenn and worlds end state park.

This cabin was awesome! Main reason is location. Many cabins are too close to highway for good nights rest. We have stayed in some with no rest that night. This was best nights of sleep in Tioga ever. Thank you. we will return!

Loved the deer roaming right in the yard and nearby field each morning and evening. Incredibly comfortable home and furnishings. Being able to use the hot tub was one of the reasons we chose this place. We can only say great things about this place and hope to stay in the future! Thank you for being a great host!!

We had an absolute blast at this cabin! I could not recommend more for a large group of people. There was tons of space and the property is gorgeous. We got lucky with a snow which paired great with the bon fire set up and hot tub. Only thing was that the WiFi did not work so I would not recommend if you need WiFi for work or in general the cell phone service also did not work due to how remote it is. Overall we would come back in a heart beat! The pictures did not do it justice for how great the cabin is inside!

Chuck and Jenny were excellent hosts. The photos don’t do it justice. The place was immaculate. We hosted some family and friends, and cooking in that kitchen was super easy. The dishwasher made all the difference for effortless cleanup. I didn’t realize it when I booked it, but my husband was baptized in the waterfall at Watrous Beach when he was a young boy. I really loved being able to walk out and go fishing. Peaceful, serene, and clean.

Tracy and Andy were excellent hosts! The accommodations were very clean with a full kitchen, awesome bathroom and bedrooms. It was just what we were looking for and located close to the event we were going to. When we needed something additional at the house, they were quick to respond. The fire pit is great addition. We sat around a small fire a couple of evenings and use the 's'more box' left by the hosts!

An awesome find! We loved visiting and will visit again on another vacation. The place was clean and neat. The beds are very comfortable. The view was stunning and the privacy was exactly what we were looking for. We saw deer, plenty of fish and some turkeys and squirrels hanging around. The place was so peaceful and relaxing. Mandy was an excellent host and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The cupboards were stocked with snacks and plenty of essentials. Pickleball in the driveway was a fun bonus that we had not considered. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, this is the place to be. Looking forward to another visit.

Agree with other reviewers - better on the inside than outside. Clean, comfortable. Just down the street from the main site with multiple cabins, the office, and direct creek access. Will consider staying at one of those cabins next time.

We had a fantastic time at Jim and Nancy’s place. There were detailed labels and instructions for all of the lighting, switches, and amenities in the house which made it very easy to get comfortable and familiar as soon as we arrived. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were well stocked with everything you could need to feel right at home. We enjoyed relaxing by the gas fireplace and being able to look out the back windows to wildlife enjoying the bird feeders. There were suggestions in the breakfast nook for things to do nearby. We ended up checking out Martin’s pantry which was absolutely delicious. Nancy was thoughtful and quick to respond, and helped make for an overall great relaxing weekend getaway
