impeccable stay in a very central responsive host, accommodation corresponding to descriptions and photos. This is the second time he has stayed in this structure that remains my favorite in Pescasseroli 🤩🤩🤩🤩

Marco's house is well located in the center of Pescasseroli from where you can easily reach all the towns of the National Park, the proximity of the car parking makes everything very simple. The house is nice and spacious, four of us stayed comfortably. Marco was very helpful for travel tips and directions. Thank you!

Our stay at Ellen and Gustav’s place will forever stay in our hearts. It was a transformative vacation, so much so that we now dream of creating something similar ourselves, someday, somewhere. The atmosphere, the energy, the style, the history, and the love that have been poured into this place are perfectly blended, making everything feel natural and special. Of course, there are small things that could be improved, but they are nothing compared to the immense sense of peace and well-being that the house and its surroundings provide. Every corner, every piece of furniture, every view, the silence, the beauty of the night atmosphere, everything spoke to us deeply. A heartfelt thank you also to Bice, the co-host, who welcomed us warmly and was always available and kind. We truly carry this place in our hearts and minds. Stefano's house is nestled in the wonderful alleys of the magical ancient village of Pettorano. The house overlooks a beautiful mountain view of Mount Genzano, accompanied by the sound of the flowing Gizio river, in the true center of the nature reserve. The house has everything you need for a great stay. Stefano's advice on what to eat (restaurants in the historic center within walking distance) and what to see, were helpful. Highly recommended

The house is in a very quiet place. It has everything you need, I found the mattress very comfortable. Great bathroom. The road behind the house leads to the plain of the voltiglio, in 15 minutes you can get there very comfortably. Excellent paved and large roads, which is not a given in the mountains. Nadia was very helpful in recommending areas to visit, parties and more. We had a great rest. All I can do is recommend the accommodation. No problem with our big dog either. Outside there is a small grill that does its job. From where I live, the road is long, but if I want to go back, I'll definitely stay here. Thank you for everything

Very good place, beautiful position and very helpful host. The only downside is the broken wifi. Otherwise perfect!

Luca's apartment is a gem, in different respects. Internally it is true to the description, cared for in the smallest details, you could live there, nothing is missing. So it's a rare place to find, higher than what you can find for short rentals on average. The location is equally happy(immersed in a forest, 100 meters from the shops of Pian del Quiero) and allows you to go from the silence of the trees to the voices of tourists in an instant. Finally, I would like to point out Luca's kind availability, always prompt, courteous and effective when we needed his help. If I could give it 6 stars!!!

Beautiful landscapes and characteristic bnb at the foot of a castle that we also visited, an excellent restaurant recommended by Marco, "the sunflower", a characteristic village, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Domenico has been a great host. Always present but never in the way. The apartment is located in a super quiet location, you'll be greeted every morning with a beautiful view of the mountain and the sounds of nature. There aren't many amenities at walkable distance but in 15 minutes by car you have a lot available. I would go back

This unit is in the historic area of Penne. Francesco told us ahead of time which street to find parking. He had his wife communicate with us because she is fluent in English. She proactively sent us information about the Good Friday procession and checked periodically to see if we needed anything or had any questions. Very communicative! The unit is small, but it worked perfectly for us. We really like Penne and the area. Hope to be back soon!

If you want to experience nature and Italian culture this place is perfect. The host and his mother are amazing, they were very kind and considerate, we felt at our grandparents' house. Dona Ilda, the host's mother, she is always ready to help, she made us many delicious foods, always very cheerful and willing, a great company for you to talk and learn more about Italians. The house is well tidy and the place is very calm, we could not have made a better choice. We'll definitely be back, there's nothing better than traveling and feeling at home🏡.

Very clean and tidy apartment in the 2000s style full of lights. The equipment is very welcome to have a full breakfast in the house.

This villa is extra special! The property is huge and elegant, everything you would ever expect from a 5 star property. Put that together with an amazing host like Luigia and you have the perfect vacation spot! We felt at home there and would love to return again. It's a short ride to Rome and a great getaway from the busy city. The view of the nearby town is also amazing! We are grateful to our generous hosts for their hospitality and kindness. This is a rare find!

We had an amazing stay! Mario was incredibly communicative and accommodating, especially with check-in and check-out times, making everything seamless. He proactively made us aware of important updates in Lettomanoppello we wouldn’t otherwise have known about. The Villa was absolutely beautiful and a perfect, peaceful retreat to come back to each day after exploring the the area. We had everything we needed and more—Mario went above and beyond, providing complimentary food and drinks upon arrival and throughout our stay, which was such a thoughtful touch. It was also so private, offering a serene escape from the town. We truly enjoyed every minute and will definitely stay here again!

I was at Casone for my graduation party and it was the best choice I could make. Lorenzo was kind and super helpful in meeting my requests. Excellent accommodation for the customization of the stay, therefore. The house also offers everything you need to organize large tables as it has a kitchen with attached dishes that could serve a restaurant not even so small. dozens of board games and a foosball game have animated the evening. impeccable cleanliness. i will definitely be back

Nine friends who had not seen each other for years who were able to enjoy the little time together in a beautiful, comfortable space, equipped with all the comforts. The house is clean and tidy (to the point of having closets with shelves labeled with various accessories), we felt at home from the first moment. Francesca, the host, is kind and helpful. During our stay it snowed a lot and Francesca took care to know how we were and did everything to allow us to be calm and enjoy the magical place where we were. A beautiful experience.

We used Serena's place in a particular context. Indeed, it was a support point for our team that was participating in an international sporting event. We stayed for 3 nights , while exploring the Abruzzo region. The home is peaceful, relaxing and comfortable. The views are spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Caterina and Paolo are wonderful hosts. Paolo met us there for check in to ensure we had everything we needed. We felt right at home.

Such a lovely place to stay. The gardens are expansive and there's plenty of places to sit either beside the pool, in dappled shade to read a book, or in the extra large outdoor dining space. Huge thanks to Laura and Stefano for making out stay so wonderful.
