The common areas offer breathtaking views of the valley and towns in the distance. Lovely to sit and watch time go by. We stayed in one of the rooms, super spacious, clean and direct access to the common areas (outdoor seating and pool area) - even had a washing room available for use and mountain bikes to rent! Would definitely come back for longer to soak up the views again. Thank you Flavio!

Alexandra's place is a great location to relax and enjoy peaceful surroundings. We enjoyed taking country road walks, lake side and hill top towns. All very nearby. Alexandra was very helpful and accommodating.

I recently stayed at this B&B and the experience was really positive. The property is cozy and well cared for, with clean and comfortable rooms. The atmosphere is familiar and relaxing, ideal for both a short stay and a longer vacation. The only thing I could say negative is the lack of lighting for the kitchen and dining room. For the rest everything is perfect if you like the countryside decor:-)

Really nice tranquil spot just outside of Montepulciano. Was a great place to getaway for a few days. Hosts were communicative and responsive. The only thing I’ll note is to ensure that your check in instructions match the address listed on AirBnB. We were given an address via message that was 2.5 hours from the actual spot—luckily we used the original address listed on AirBnB, but this could have easily been a disaster.

I went to Val d'Orcia by car, and google maps took me right into Daniela's place no problem. Upon arrival, we were cheerfully greeted by their two friendly dogs, that barked our arrival to a friendly and receptive older lady who showed us where to park the car and proceeded to show us our place. The place is on the ground floor of the property and has no direct connection with the rest of the house where the hosts live. It has a bedroom, a bathroom and an open space style kitchen-living room. It is just a five-minutes drive to the historic centre of San Quirico d'Orcia, where you will find a market (Coop) and other places to eat. Bear in mind that these places close during the afternoon. It is extremely straightforward to go to Pienza and Montepulciano from there by car. The location is beautiful and fairly easy to access by car. There are some narrow roads leading to the property but nothing to worry about. Overall the stay was excellent and I would recommend Il Colombaio.

La Bulletta has remained in our hearts! The place is enchanting, you are immersed in nature and the location is always well ventilated in the afternoon and night. The pool is an added value,after all our laps a nice bathroom to regenerate was appreciated by everyone. Daniele, with her sister Emanuela and little Lucia, dad and mom are really wonderful, they gave us tips about the surroundings and more. We will definitely be back!!!

We absolutely adored our stay at La Foresteria. Beautiful location, gorgeous property so relaxing and idyllic. We had so many wonderful walks around the property, visited many beautiful places close by and enjoyed plenty of relaxation by the pool and gardens. Stunning meals in the restaurant and the wine tasting was superb. Marian, Luca and Monika were incredible, so friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough. Many thanks to all the team, you made our holiday so special and we’d definitely love to return sometime.

The white lily was the perfect location for us to explore Tuscany’s towns and wineries and to return in the evenings to a lovely villa with breathtaking views. The sunrises were spectacular and the apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Close to a small village for grabbing a few groceries if needed and the patio was a great place to sit and relax with some morning coffee or an evening wine while fully appreciating the Tuscan countryside. Unforgettable vacation. The farm stay and the pool are immersed in nature. Sun loungers, sun loungers, umbrellas, all the pool environment and private garden area are very well-kept. The private part of the garden is visible but this does not disturb. Very clean house. We would love to come back.

Incoronata and Lorenzo are just fabulous hosts ! They are booth committed to welcome their guests with sincere interest to ensure our well being ! We spent an amazing week in Cortona. The villa is just fantastic and really beautiful Pool and spa are very clean in a very nuce garden

Luca's place was like a little dream, a beautiful house in an incredible location, super peaceful and mesmerising, great for a little jump out of busy cities and noisy every day life thanks to a beautiful scenery with lovely rustic vibes. Private sauna an incredible bonus! Luca has been very friendly and welcoming, the whole experience is incredibly recommended. ❤️

We really enjoyed it there. Unfortunately, we could not use the beautiful swimming pool and the barbecue area due to our tight schedule - we will probably have to come again ;)

Cinzia her place was great to spend 4 nights with our family of 5. It is located in a beautiful area of Tuscany. Cinzia and her family were very helpful in providing recommendations to us. She is also a bee farmer and we got a tour of their honey extraction process, thank you so much for everything!

We LOVED outrstay here. First of all, Lorenzo was a fantastic host, communicative, available for every need, lovely to talk to. The property is incredible - a beautiful peaceful space to walk around, and some adorable cats to pet. Our favorite things about this space include: the gorgeous outdoor picnic setting for our meals, spotless kitchen with anything you need to cook, complete blackout and silence at night for a restful sleep and privacy. I highly recommend this for anyone wanting to explore Tuscany, as this is a great place to stay and a reasonable drive from main Tuscan sites.

This is one of the most lovely Airbnb's we've ever stayed at! The grounds are so peaceful, the apartment is comfortable, and the kids loved the pool. I wish we could have stayed longer!

We’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs over the years, but this is probably the best experience we have ever had. Absolutely gorgeous historic property nestled in the Tuscan hillside. Incredible host with lots of support and helpful suggestions. An extremely comfortable and relaxed stay. Highlights included wine tasting and a trip to the nearby spa. Do not miss Eleanora’s incredible home-cooked meals. She caters everything at the residence for a very reasonable cost. You don’t have to lift a finger — it’s bliss. Martino was among the most responsive and proactive hosts I’ve ever encountered. Especially when we had a small health scare with our infant, he was immediately available with perfect advice about nearby healthcare options. I am a tiny bit hesitant to give such a glowing review only because we definitely want to visit again someday and don’t want whoever is reading this review to book the same dates! Really, if you’re considering this property, don’t think — just book.

We really enjoyed our stay in the house. It was very quiet between the vineyards and the garden was beautiful. The host was very nice too explaining everything to us and recommending locations to eat or catch a drink. 10/10 for a group of friends or families, looking forward to visit this place again in the future!

For our family vacation, three couples and a 1-year old, the place was perfect. The ability to spend the heat of the day in the huge pool or inside the refreshing lodging made the stay excellent. The place is close to groceries, pharmaceuticals, restaurants, local sites, cities, etc. Ken was always responsive to whatever issue we brought up and his quick replies were greatly appreciated.
