Welcome to our new 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in a beautiful, tranquil setting. We are minutes away from the Kittery Outlets, Seapoint Beach, Fort Foster, Fort McClary, Pepperell Cove, Portsmouth, York beaches and Ogunquit Beach. When you arrive, you will feel at peace in our truly tranquil oasis, surrounded by nature. We abutt 87 acres of conservation land. Turkeys, deer and birds visit us daily! We are secluded, yet close to everything. Welcome to our little slice of paradise!

My Dream house with views of the marsh and sunset

Our rental space has two bedrooms, living room, full bath and a mini kitchen. There is a full deck across the front of the house and a large patio off the bedrooms which is accessed though the sliders in each bedroom. This is all private space for our guests. The views from the front deck are of the great marsh along with the beautiful sunsets. With the Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with full size bed the house can have 2 to 4 people depending on sleeping arrangements.

From our beautiful beaches and coastline combined with plentiful outdoor recreation, including fishing and whale watching, kite flying and more with Portsmouth, Rye, Exeter and Kittery Maine, all a short ride our beachfront condo has something for all. After a day of outdoor activity and exploring, come retire and rest in our place with a view.

Small refrigerator, coffee maker and electric kettle. Nearby hiking, pickle-ball, tennis. In winter, 1 hour to downhill ski, cross country nearby. This property is a working farm and greenhouse business, with CSA vegetable gardens. All are welcome.
