Holiday rentals in Rockingham County

I have to start this review by saying how wonderful it was to work with Kristen for this trip. She was always quick to respond, offer suggestions, do what she could to make us feel invited. Every exchange with her made me feel like she was a friend excited for our arrival. I’ve never experienced that before! She is a lovely and welcoming hostess. Minisands was every bit as lovely as the pictures. It was cozy, without feeling cramped. Being able to see the ocean from the living room and bed room was a dream. Being able to listen to the ocean as we went to sleep was all I could have wanted. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a beach stay this great, and without a doubt, the best stay I’ve had in Maine. I hope we can visit again very soon.

We were so lucky to get to stay at Lisa's when we were relocating to the area for my spouse's job. Even in January and February, the location was exceptional. Easily walk to the beach, boardwalk, arcade, and beach pizza! So close to Newburyport and Plum Island and we took weekend trips to Vermont and Maine. Comfortable beds, warm water, and room to spread out as a family with plenty of beds. Communication was easy and considerate, and Lisa was so helpful with local recommendations. Easy check-in and great kitchen!! Thank you so much Lisa!!

A very cute basement apartment in a charming seaside village, MAL’s place provided a peaceful respite. We enjoyed the hot tub in the beautiful backyard and comfy furniture. Thank you!

Such an incredibly stay for an extended family gathering. All amenities you would need in a very clean and comfortable home. All beds were very comfortable and furniture was updated and clean. Check-in/out was a breeze and Patrick & Maria were so responsive! Just relax and enjoy this amazing home with incredible views of the Atlantic. Fell asleep to ocean waves crashing every night!!

We enjoyed our stay in Chris' bungalow. It was just as described and clean! The kitchen is well stocked save for condiments ie salt, pepper etc. So plan to bring those type of items if you are cooking in. Chris was VERY responsive to our messages, even when we couldn't find the tv remote, offering several solutions. All in all we had a great stay and would certainly return.

Diana’s condo was clean and peaceful. It was a perfect stay for six people. The view of the ocean is incredible, with many spots in the home to sit, relax, and take in the view and sounds of the ocean. The bed in the downstairs bedroom was so comfortable. Diana was very responsive.

We absolutely loved this air bnb. The location was perfect, a 5 minute walk to the beach, 2 minute walk to a restaurant, a nice, peaceful backyard. The back deck was the perfect place for morning coffee and the fire pit was a great thing to have for the still-cold April weather. Michael was very responsive when we reached out with a very minor request. The house was clean, organized, and well labeled! Lastly the largest bed was comfier than our bed at home, I haven't slept that well in months. Highly recommend, we will definitely return.

This house is everything and more. Amazing location, plenty of room, comfortable and clean. We had a blast. Close walk to town and beach. Aaron had plenty of beach chairs and a beach carrier for all your stuff. Plenty of space to park, grill, AC in all rooms. Was fantastic. Can’t wait to be back!
