It was a perfect weekend getaway spot for a girls weekend! Lovely and cozy yet super accessible to fun food spots and the beach. Host was super responsive and the place is even better than the photo! Will come back here in the future.

My only complaint about this space and host Darryl is that I didn’t make my trip longer! This is a beautiful town and house! totally would stay again! tysm Darryl

We very much enjoyed our stay at Erin‘s place. Great place to come back to at the end of the day to rest and relax. Highly recommend. Close to Portsmouth and Kittery. Walking distance to many restaurants and sites to see. Erin was very friendly and, made herself available for any issues. Great stay!

As described. Clean and comfortable. Has what you need for meals. I Have booked with Gil multiple times in multiple houses. Always consistent. would recommend anytime.

My husband and I were getting married and in his mind it is customary to not see the bride until she walks down the aisle! On my mind…I didn’t just want to come home, as we live together, just like any other night. I took my mother with me the night before our wedding and fell in love with this cute, quiet place with a gorgeous view, again nothing too far from our venue. We had worked out a little confusion on communication, we were great and going to have the cutest little house overlooking a pond/lake! My mother loved it and my husband loved it as well. It was very well kept, gorgeous view out the ceiling to floor windows! Private, quaint, easy to get to, quiet….just super cute all around! My husband and I do Airbnb‘s a couple times a year….if we were to look for some place close to home, we would definitely love to stay here again! Everything was great!

I booked the house as a place for my family of 6 (4 adult children) and our black lab, to come together for Easter weekend. Since my boys live in Portsmouth we only needed 2 bedrooms and this house made the perfect getaway and place to host dinners. The house was spacious and very comfortable. We enjoyed the enormous fenced in yard all weekend. The host had many yard games which we played and our lab was so happy too. The fire pit was an added bonus for a night of s’more making. We truly had a wonderful time and the house really felt like home. Ps the stairs are fine once you get used to them. Rebecca was responsive and a wonderful host.

It is beautiful to be able to stay at this house and be near the woods and hiking trails, but at the same time the only minutes away from the beach. The house is beautiful and the porches where our favorite places to listen to birds.

The house was perfect for my family and I- plenty of open space for the kids to play and a great yard- even in December with cold weather the kids loved the play gym outside!! The location was amazing with lots of things to do within a few minutes and the food scene was great. Thanks to Ned for a spotless home and great amenities!! We can’t wait to come back in the summer to use the pool!!

LOVED LOVED! My friends and I all agreed that this house looks just like the pictures for once! Very nice unexpected touches/surprises. House had everything you could really need! I believe the host could get away with charging more in my opinion! I hope to come back in the future.

The place was fantastic! Looked just as pictured/described. We were a group of 8 adults and 4 kids and were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great, clean, and heated as promised. It felt private even though there were other units on site. The space is large and winding - a kids hide and seek dream :) lots of gathering spaces to hang out. John was super responsive and helpful. Thanks!!

I stayed for the weekend and absolutely loved my stay! I loved the privacy the unit was very clean and absolutely loved the bathroom. I brought my dog and the neighborhood was great to walk her and loved the fenced in yard. I would highly recommend this accommodation and would stay again if I ever had the opportunity!

Came for a place to stay for the Eastern State 20-miler, and it was great! Perfect location!

We loved staying here. The location was perfect! We walked all over the town enjoying the history and the houses, found the great bakery nearby (Olive’s), cycled the trails on a loop up through Salisbury, walked the beaches on Plum Island, and did lots of bird watching. The room and bathroom were clean, attractive and comfortable, and there were enough utensils to use the microwave and eat a meal there. Michelle and Sam offered to store our bicycles so we did not have to leave them on the car when we were not using them. We stayed two nights and we hope to return!

The house was perfect for our family celebration of my husband’s birthday. It provided great space for us all to be together…beautifully decorated and open! Easy access to restaurants nearby. Jeremy and Liz were wonderful hosts…helping us any way we needed!

I came down to visit family in Massachusetts over Thanksgiving and needed a place to stay that was equidistant to everyone, and the Newburyport area was a great fit. Steve's place is a lovely small beach home on a quiet side street. Perfect size for one person plus dogs. The dog friendly part, easy and safe walking, quiet neighborhood, and the kitchen were big selling points for me. Parking was easy. Water was hot, bathroom was spotless. Would stay again.

This home was perfect for us. Good location, not too far to a coffee/small breakfast shop and beach access. Kitchen was stocked well. Brought a dog with us and it was perfect for her as well. Owners are very nice and responsive. Would recommend and would go back :)

I didn’t think it was worth the total price of plus 7k. Parking was not great at all and noisy street and noise from bars next door is not pleasant for me. The house was clean and nicely stocked but this is also an old home so has some quirks. Little bit overpriced. Too bad the beach made those lists for number 1 … Made all the properties go up.

It was prefect for our family and the location to the beach made it even better.

George’s place was very clean and comfortable- just what we needed. The house and yard were beautiful. George had wonderful recommendations for local places to go. We woke up to no hot water and he had it fixed within hours. Super responsive. We will definitely be coming back if we’re ever back in the area!
