River's Edge - Private Suite

Our home is located in historic Louisa County in Central Virginia on a five-acre wooded lot facing the South Anna River. Richmond is 30 minutes away and Charlottesville is less than an hour. The entire lower level of our home is used for the Airbnb. (We live in the upper level.) The decor is "homey" with some personal items. Children, pets, and smoking are not allowed. The internet is fast and cell phones work with WiFi calling. Food deliveries are not available due to our remote location.

Also, drop leaf table for dining/portable desk for laptop space, Coffee Mid size fridge , toaster oven, microwave and hotplate if needed Washer and dryer is shared in the kitchenette

Goochland Getaway, cedar hexagon cabin in woods

Do you want the privacy of a 7.5 acre retreat with wooded gardens, yet have the convenience of being only 10-15 minutes from groceries, cafes, coffee shops, shopping, & golfing? This hexagonal cedar home has a cozy lodge feel inside, with large window views of landscaped gardens including hundreds azaleas that bloom each spring. The family room and 3 bedrooms have sliding glass doors that open onto a wrap-around deck that brings the peacefulness of nature into the home. Rediscover relaxation!

Farmstay in Civil War Cottage

Farmstay on a 14 acre farm Queen bed loft upstairs. Down stairs has a bathroom, kitchen with sink, stove, oven, microwave, and complimentary kitchen-cups . There is a twin sleeper sofa in living room. Front and back porch, wireless internet and RukuTv. 14 acre farm with walking trails, old mill and creek. Cleaning fee $50 and Pet fee $50. No aggressive breeds please. All monies go toward our Horse sanctuary 501c nonprofit. Special rates do not apply from Dec 12-Jan 1st or holiday weekends.

Welcome to "The Home Stretch", a beautiful quiet place in the country just a few miles from Short Pump (which has great restaurants, Golf Courses, Drive Shack, wineries, Breweries. Our second floor apartment features a private entrance with all the things you may need while you are away from home. It has a spacious living area, eat in kitchen, queen bed and 2 trundle-like twin beds. We are on the premises but not in your space at all. Available day and night should you need anything.

Pets welcome! Cozy, comfortable, and spacious efficiency apartment with a view of pristine woods and adorable chickens and ducks. Go for a walk in the woods to Beech Creek or explore the quaint town of Ashland just 10 minutes away. A great space to unplug, rest, and get away from it all! Please note that we are not able to accommodate long-term rentals.
