The workshop is located 30 minutes from Rouen, 45 minutes from the beaches of the Alabaster Coast, 10 minutes from the Eawy forest and 1 hour from the Bay of Somme. The house has been recetly furnished and is fully equipped. Two large rooms with open plan kitchen, bedroom with double bed king size, sofa, desk. Private bathroom with walking walk-in shower.
