Monthly Rentals in Rodd Point

They had a few problems due to the property manager having an accident (broken leg I believe), but they were extremely responsive and accommodating to sort out the problems and to make our stay great. Very good location next to a number of nice restaurants, cafés, and a bakery. Also easy access to the city center by bus.

Rodney has to be one of the most generous hosts we have stayed with. Our stay of almost three weeks was perfect in almost every possible way. And when we did have a few requests he addressed them quickly. The apartment is spacious and we had a lot of supplies in the fridge and in the kitchen cabinet. Rodney provided excellent toiletries and good quality bed linen. The bus stop is close by and there are several very good cafes and restaurants in the area. Coles is nearby, too. There are a couple of issues but they are clearly explained in the listing. One, is the lack of a lift (didn't bother us too much). Two, the sound of low-flying aeroplanes (some days were worse than others). But for us it was a superb stay with a host who is keen to make your stay comfortable.

Would definitely recommend Gerard and Sophie’s place in Drummoyne! It’s a beautiful little house in a quiet street with a peaceful garden and in a great spot, short walk from great restaurants and cafes. Gerard and Sophie were very helpful and easy to contact. The house is lovely and has everything you need. Great stay in Drummoyne!

We spent 10 days at this Tia's Airbnb and had a great experience. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a longer stay. The host was responsive, friendly, and made everything easy for us. Communication was smooth from start to finish. We’d happily stay here again and recommend it to others!
