Gemütliche 1 Zimmer Souterrain Wohnung im Bayerischen Wald Raus aus der Hektik, rein in die Stille. Im Sommer angenehm kühl, im Winter kuschelig warm. 38 km entfernt v. Regensburg. Eingebettet in kraftvolle Natur, gleich vor der Haustür. Mein großer Naturgarten liegt direkt am Waldrand. Da ist genügend Platz, um auch ungestört für sich zu sein. But you can also just enjoy the location and the garden. The apartment is on the 1st floor (attic) and can be reached via the common front door and the stairwell. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, a kitchen with a dining table, sink, refrigerator and two hotplates, microwave and coffee maker.
