Our stay was perfect. The apartment feels like a home. It's super cozy and equipment with everything you might need. The neighborhood is nice and quite. The host and the on-site staff were very friendly and helpful.

The João & Lucinda apartment is located in a central point of the Jardins, surrounded by good restaurants, cafes, shopping malls, supermarket and pharmacies — and you can do everything on foot. At the same time, the building is on a quiet and quiet street. The apartment is extremely clean, functional and the linen and bath towels are of very good quality. Laís, the co-host, is kind, efficient and quick to respond. In addition to all this, the service of cleaning and cleaning of Toninha is offered, equally polite and gentle. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend!

My stay was very good! The place is very cool and the entrance instructions are clear and intuitive. I noticed a few details, such as a stained blanket and kitchen trash full of water bottles, but nothing that compromised the experience. I was already in the green container and, personally, I thought it best.

It was wonderful to be in the apto. Fernando, always considerate and friendly. I stayed ten days with my 8-year-old daughter, I thought she wouldn't like it, but on the contrary she loved it very much. Clean and well-smelling apto, we felt at home. New Building, close to the Brás station, we went to several walks with agility and convenience. A new apto furnished with everything that is needed, for a longer stay a washing machine would be interesting, since the building does not have. In the most the host is to be congratulated!

The best part of seu carlos place was the balcony! The apartment itself is a bit small but perfect for someone that’s a minimalist like me. Also best part is he offers cleaning service weekly at no extra charge. The apartment has great amenities like work area, cooking area, pool, gym etc. Seu Carlos is an excellent host and I would be happy to return!
