The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood in the southern part of the island, close to the new Campeche and Lagoa da Conceição. One of the best things about the place is that you can walk to a beautiful beach in just a few minutes (450 m, about a 10-minute walk). There is a small supermarket on the next street, and larger supermarkets are about 300 metres away. Bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood, good surroundings for cycling (there's a cycle path) and walking.
