One of the best things about the place is that you can walk to a beautiful beach in just a few minutes (450 m, about a 10-minute walk). There is a small supermarket on the next street, and larger supermarkets are about 300 metres away. Bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood, good surroundings for cycling (there's a cycle path) and walking.
