Summer place in Övik's archipelago

Charming cottage with a magical view of Örnsköldsvik's inlet. On the terrace, you have sun for most of the day, and there you can enjoy the sunsets. Next to the terrace, there is a charcoal barbecue for use. Inside the cabin, you have two bedrooms & a smaller toilet. A fully equipped kitchen is available, and in the living room there are 2 sofas and a TV. From the sofas, you can catch a glimpse of the view. There is a trampoline on the property that may be used on your own risk. On some occasions, the neighbour's grandchildren may be there jumping; we will let you know in advance!

You live 800 meters from Idbyns sea swimming, close to two golf courses and Skeppsmalens Fikseläge is only 15 kilometers away, with its beautiful cliffs and its lighthouse. The nearest restaurant is about 5 km from the property and the nearest grocery store (COOP and ICA Kvantum) about 7 km away. Arnäsleden with great opportunities for hiking passes just a few hundred meters from the house. Inside Örnsköldsvik, there is also the well-known adventure pool Pardiset.

Simple cottage by the water with a hot tub and sauna!

In the best sunny location, right by beautiful Skulesjön, is this simple cottage – perfect for those who want to explore the High Coast during the day and enjoy the tranquility in the evening with a wood-fired hot tub and sauna! Five beds: one double bed, one bunk bed and one sofa bed. The kitchen is simply equipped with a stove, microwave, kettle, refrigerator and running cold water. Toilet (separate) and shower with hot water are in a separate building. Please note that guests need to bring their own bed linen and towels.

Both summer and winter excursions, husky or snowmobile rides in the area to book or snowshoeing, skiing or cross-country skiing. Price includes 15 kWh and 20 liters of wood per day. Welcome to the peaceful and calm little gem where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature. The house has fantastic views of the sea. Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk).
