Op wandelafstand vind je het trein- en busstation, een supermarkt, een bakker- en beenhouwerij, cafés, restaurants, ... De locatie is perfect voor een city trip, een zakenreis, shopping of ontspanning. En misschien verken je vanuit Roeselare graag de Noordzee of steden zoals Brugge, Ieper, Kortrijk, Gent, Brussel of Antwerpen?

Stay in a historic building

Stay in a historic building, recently completely renovated in the center of Izegem, within walking distance of the station and market, shops, restaurants and cafés. Centrally located to visit cities such as Bruges, Kortrijk, Ghent, Lille, ... You will stay in the right wing of the building and have your own access to the stay. The house was specially decorated to offer you a comfortable stay. You can have lunch or dinner in the brasserie, which is located in the left wing.

The guesthouse is housed in a 18th former trading house in the center of Bruges.  The name MaisonMidas refer to the statue on the top of the roof, Midas as an architect by Jef Claerhout. It is the ideal base for exploring the region: the city of Kortrijk, the war history in and around Ypres, the art cities of Bruges and Ghent or a trip to the sea.

It's a very quiet place, close to nature, in the middle of the "Monts des Flandres". Rest, hiking or sightseeing: everyone will find it's own. Near Belgium: Ypres (WW1 commemorations) at 30 min. The house is in the heart of nature: in the middle of a meadow, close to tall trees and a water point. A peaceful, relaxing place. An ideal base for hikes or to more touristic sites. On request, breakfast: 13 euros/person.
