Holiday rentals with a kayak in Rogers

We had a great time staying in this cute little place. The lake access was amazing and we had so much fun playing in the kayaks and with the paddle board. Was very clean and had everything we needed for a cozy little weekend stay. My kids and I loved it!

We had the perfect get away girls trip here! The view was beautiful, there was plenty of space for all of us and so many different games to play! We loved going out on the water on their paddle board and kayak! The host was friendly and responsive! I would choose to come stay here again!! We didn’t have any children with us, but it would be a great place to bring kids as well! 10/10 recommend!

Everything we needed and more. Roomy and full of everything useful you could think of. Was a big hit with our large family. Vangie was incredibly helpful and available when needed. We didn’t want to go home!! Highly recommend!!

I have stayed in a ton of places and this one by far was the most spectacular place I’ve ever stayed. Extremely well organized very clean the host had everything laid out in multiple different locations for us to make it super easy. This cute little tiny home made me want to go by my own tiny home as I fell in love with it. I hope to stay again in the future this was a wonderful experience from being top-notch clean and peaceful and so much more.

Wonderful location! Lake and tree views everywhere in this beautiful home. Spacious, stocked, and ample bedrooms and beds to accommodate our large group. Wish it wasn’t so rainy so we could be outdoors more, but cannot beat the views. Easy drive into town. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for the week of our spring break and had a great time. Loved the kitchen, we had everything we needed to cook some meals at home. Beds were comfortable. Kids enjoyed the downstairs game room and the hot tub. Adults and kids all loved using the kayaks. The lake was so pretty, I just wish it would have been warm enough to swim! We spent one day hanging out at the lake and then going to war eagle cavern. Another day we spent in Eureka Springs and saw Thorncrown Chapel. And the last day we went to downtown Rogers for some shopping and lunch, then went to Turpentine Wildlife Refuge. Plenty to do around us to keep us busy and we enjoyed all of it! I would definitely stay at this house again if we ever came back!

Great host and great location. Will definitely be looking to book this place again for our MTB trips.

Felt right at home in this beautiful home. Close to everything. It felt the red carpet treatment had breakfast snacks and drinks for me already. Made me feel really welcome . What a lovely home! The wrap around decks were amazing. The bedrooms spacious and everything was better than described! This home was a perfect base camp and close to everything we wanted to do. The beds were very comfortable. Our favorite part of the home was sitting on the back decks taking in the gentle breeze and beautiful scenery of Lake Ann.

Very peaceful, clean, and Cassie and Paul were very nice. Had a little issue with the but it got worked out. Everything was great and reasonably priced as well!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Check-in/ check-out was very easy. The cabin had a little deck with a great view. We had everything we needed and our hosts were very friendly. There are a lot of things to do within 10-30min drive.

This place was an amazing stay. Clean and great views. The hosts are quick to response and friendly. The back patio was a great large place to entertain. Easy access to get to. Felt private while being close the city.

Perfect retreat for our family relax and spend time together. Plenty to do and lots of areas to relax. Would love to return.

This place was a loss for words. Woke up listening to nature to walk down directly to the lake and catch so many fish. We loved learning to kayak so much that we left and went straight to Bass Pro to look at buying some. This place is so adorable inside, amazing for families or just a get away with you and your partner. It is close to a few properties but it was not a bother at all. The host was very responsive and made us feel very welcome and they paid attention to the small details for their guests. I have even given a referral already to someone, 1000% will be going back!

The “Bear’s Den” is really built to enjoy the view of the cove of Beaver Lake—the deck is to die for! Large, covered and lighted, lots of comfortable furniture and propane fire pit. We enjoyed morning views of the changing trees across the lake, and had dinner sunsets around the fire pit. Owners obviously took great pride in building this place—lots of interior space and large well-equipped kitchen. We didn’t try the kayak or SUP, but that would have been a great way to see more of the lake. Need a car with a little bit of clearance for the first part of the gravel driveway (low sports cars might have a problem).

Always a pleasure to stay here! Our first winter trip, and it was as nice as summertime. We stayed inside and enjoyed a cozy time together. It was clean and easy to find everything to settle in for the week. Host was always responsive, and worked with us due to inclement weather. The location is beautiful and secluded, and the perfect getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, for its privacy, tranquility and access to the lake. The availability of kayaks and paddleboards was a big plus! The house is spacious and comfortable. The huge deck also extends the living space.
