It is about 55 square metres in size and very comfortable for two, but two more people can easily be accommodated. There is also a yoga and training room (approx. 30 m²) available for shared use, which is ideal for yoga, meditation, punching bag training and dancing with a mirror and ballet bar. Use at your own risk; parents are liable for their children.

The bicycle path Regensburg is close by.
