Milburn Cottage2, is within Walking distance to everything you need in Sunderland, an abundance of pubs clubs and restaurants, to cater for all your tastes . You will love the super comfy beds, Super king size in the main bedroom ( this is a ziplink bed and can be made into 2 single beds, please state when booking if you require this option) And a single bed in the second bedroom. Light and spacious rooms with lovely decor. The cottage is only a five minute walk to Sunderland Empire, and city.

Seaside cottage stunning village
Located in a beautiful fishing village, just a few minute walk to a stunning coastline and beaches, the village has great restaurants, cafe, Blues micro pub and a friendly pub ‘the jolly sailor’. 5 minute walk to Latimers fish restaurant, then further along the road is seaburn with plenty bars and restaurants, a stunning beach. There is buses from the village to Sunderland and South Shields. Why not walk along the stunning coastal path to South Shields or over cleadon hills with stunning views.

The Roker Retreat
Our Sea view apartment is ideally located with views over the iconic Roker pier and seafront. There are numerous eateries lining the coastal walk along the blue flag beaches to Whitburn Cliffs. The accommodation is set over two floors with all modern amenities including memory foam mattresses, egyptian cotton bedding, coffee machine and comfy sofas to relax in after a busy day exploring. Ideal location whether you're staying for a music concert, a family gathering or for exploring this region.

Our beautiful, perfectly situated, large seafront 2 bedroom apartment, is set over two floors, here in Roker , Sunderland. One of the most sought after places to stay . It’s a perfect place for business or pleasure whilst visiting the Northeast of England. Close to pubs, restaurants and amenities, you couldn't ask for a better place to call your home away from home. We have recently had several small independent eateries open serving excellent food and drink. Which I can highly recommend.

The Old Barn @ Lamesley

Thistledowne (with an e) is a 3 bedroomed family house, also ideal for 3 or 4 friends, with cloakroom and conservatory; situated in a quiet area of Sunderland about 15 mins walk from the Stadium of Light. A 10 minute stroll will take you to Roker beach from where you can often see dolphins . Even closer are the National Glass Centre, Sunderland University's St. Peter's Campus and marina. Perfectly placed for early morning jogs or cycle rides either along the riverside or the seafront.

The old library
The building was an old library now converted into flats. The flat is on the ground floor with own entrance, private yard and parking. A home from home, fully furnished with everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable. It is in a prime location, 10mins from the city center, 5mins walk from the scenic coastline. Close transport links to the A19 and A1. There are local shops a few doors down, including Asda, Lidl, bars, restaurants and several takeaways close by.

The house is on 1 level & is around 800 sq ft comprising of an open plan living room/ kitchen and dining area; a laundry room; a large bedroom with super king size bed; a shower room and a private courtyard with table and chairs.
