It’s ideal as a halfway point from north to south & East Midlands airport. An ideal base for visiting family or friends or for events inc antique fairs at showground and to see Newark historic town. We are 5 minutes walk from the river Trent and boast some lovely public houses on the riverside. The annex is in our back garden, We do own a dog who will be around.

The barn itself is an 18th century chapel and barn combined and was fully restored in the 90's. Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.
