It is on the ground floor so NO STAIRS but also NOT A TON OF LIGHT. Nevertheless it has many windows. The apartment is inside an old vecindad so SOUND DEFINITELY CARRIES through the building. Super luminous apartment. We call it Verdant green. A bohemian studio with a stunning view. This is a small apartment 600sq2 with a big bathroom and an open kitchen at the 5th floor of a new condo. The bed is Queen and our windows have black out in case you want less light to sleep better. We are located at the edge of one of the best and trendiest neighborhoods in the city. Why the edge? Look at the pictures. Can you see the park and the castle in the view? Beautiful right?
