Javier equip the house with basic supplies such as enough toilet paper, soaps, shampoo, some ingredients such as salt, sugar, coffee. The profit price balance is very good

Although the stay was short, our time was pleasant, we rested and enjoyed its location! We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy everything we were offering!!

The house is very spacious and generally very bright, the 4 bedrooms are a very good size and with accessible bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the necessary appliances. The location of the house is excellent, very central and close to squares, restaurants and other businesses. Despite being on a busy avenue, you can't hear much noise from the street. An excellent option to stay in the Polanco area.

Great location, walking distance to many places. We loved Mezcaleria Necios, and the smoothie place around the corner for the kids, Ricardo is easy to communicate with and fast to respond. Ricardo let us leave our bags early when we arrived early to Condesa, which was very helpful. Great for a big family to all stay together.

We loved our stay at Casita Coyoacán. The place is cozy, quiet and very well located. The garden was my favorite corner, perfect for relaxing with a small coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the afternoon. Edith was super friendly, helped us settle in from the first moment and always responded very quickly. Thank you so much for everything!

I felt very comfortable and really enjoyed my stay at Israel's place. And I was very happy to get to know this lovely area of Narvarte a bit. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops in the area. The metro to other parts of town is easily accessed from here. The place was wonderfully quiet at night - so I slept very well. Israel was always quick to respond to any questions I had.

Good setup - professionally run, solid no-surprises: safe - 2 levels of doorman enty, no neighbour/nightclub noise, no smells, AC in living room + somewhat loud portable unit in master BR. Decent water pressure. Kitchen has dishwasher and washer/dryer. Comfy bed in master - Linens comparable to 4 star hotel. Note: 2nd BR - no AC here. Fans + shades in all rooms. Building and unit new, modern & clean. Friendly building staff. Some hiccups at check in but host resolved them - prepare to give building your passport copy. It's a hassle to use some of building amenities, but host tried to resolve. Windows don't open. Host super responsive- provided items we needed in kitchen. Good Super market - La Comer - 8 minutes walk. Several eateries in 15 min walk. Try Casa Tonio for good everyday Mexican. Building at a major traffic junction - felt safe even at night. Ubers easy to get.

Amazing location. Super friendly host, great rooftop terrace. The pictures don’t do enough justice to the remarkable swimming pool. I’d definitely come back.

Such amazing views! Watching the sunrise each morning on the terrace was truly magical. Great location with many food spots and grocery options nearby. Transit stations are short walks away. Very comfortable for the 6 of us.

Inside a gated high-rise condo building, with many amenities like a great gym and an indoor swimming pool. Underground parking. On a high floor with a great city view. Safe and walkable neighborhood, with many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The apartment is clean and modern. Close to best areas of Mexico City such as Polanco, Roma, and Condesa. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. Would love to come back.

Ivan's apartment is really great to spend a long season in CDMX. It is close to several tourist spots and is an area with a lot of activity but at the same time quiet and quiet when one is inside the apartment. We hope to inhabit this beautiful and comfortable place again very soon in the near future.

Great place. The front bedroom was warm for a couple of hours in the afternoon but fine the rest of the time without AC. Plenty of hot water, fans, comfortable beds and nice amenities like boxes of tissue and laundry detergent. I was asked several times if everything was working properly. The covered deck upstairs was a good place to hang out and the views of the sunset were exceptional. I appreciated having a separate washer and dryer as well.

An ideal location if you want to feel like you’re really living in the city. Good AC and nice shower. Very friendly host staff and a cute little coffee shop on the ground floor. It really made our stay so enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!!

A very nice place and the area is very quiet. The area was easy to go anywhere. The service was excellent and the cleanliness was impeccable. It would certainly be my first choice to wash when I get back to the city.

I felt at home immediately the place has super good energy, the bed is very large and very comfortable, the shower is very rich , nice details and furniture , a spectacular view, it is large and super lit. Beautiful apartment and clean apartment

This is the second time I stayed in the place and I really like it. It is a very quiet place which is very connected and accessible. Also I like it to be a ground floor. Would definitely come back again.

One of the best Air Bnb I have ever stayed. Amazing apartment in the heart of Roma Norte. Great restaurants within walking distance. The building is safe with a 24 hour security guard. Apartment comes fully stocked with an honor bar (beer, water, coffee etc). The prices are listed on the fridge. This is super convenient..we didn't have to go to a super market during our visit. But there are tons of markets close by if you need anything else. The best part is the huge private terrace on the second floor with a spectacular view of the city. The stairs leading up to the terrace are steep so be careful! There are portable A/C units in the bedrooms and a fan in the living room. There is street noise during the day but area is quiet at night. Beds are soft and comfortable. Responsive host that sent great recommendations. This was my first time in Mexico City and I will stay here again when I return!! 5 stars!

Great place to spend a few quiet days close to restaurants, cafes, and cute shops. The apartment is impeccable and comfortable. Perfect for four people. The area is safe and easily accessible. Would happily stay here again!
