There are great nature trails along the coast and in the woods. The house is located by the Mols Bjerge Nature Park and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining options. It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. There are two covered terraces.

The apartment is located in an old merchant's farm from 1871 with a large adjoining garden, where the apartment is decorated in the former merchant's shop. From Ommestrup, where the merchant's farm is located, it is quick to get to the beach and it only takes half an hour to drive to Aarhus and Ebeltoft. The light rail runs from Mørke (distance 1.5 km.) The other residents of the merchant's farm are an adult and three children aged 9-15, as well as two cats (Flora and Hermione). The apartment is decorated in the style of the house and the wood stove works fine

Djursland is a natural pearl, and if you want to experience Aarhus and Ebeltoft, they are only 25 km away. The area is a paradise for nature lovers and for children and playful souls with, among other things, Mols Bjerge, Djurs Sommerland and Ree Park nearby. Close to forest and beach. There is a terrace and fireplace, so the quiet evenings with stars in the sky can be enjoyed. There are two box mattresses in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.

Here is quiet and peaceful surroundings with forest and half an hour to three coasts as well as beautiful Molsbjerge etc. The prairie wagon contains everything a normal home contains, just on a smaller scale. If you like it, there is the possibility of a sauna and a wilderness bath (purchased) in addition to an evening by the 🔥fire. In the middle of Mols Bjerge National Park with access to a myriad of hikes, right outside the door. The house is located on a nice large plot with space for garden games and behind the house is a slope with large beech trees. The cottage is located 2.5 km from the very child-friendly Femmøller Strand, and there is a path all the way. The trail continues to the amazing market town of Ebeltoft with good shopping opportunities and adventurous cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.

Overlooking Mols Bjerge to the south and Kalø Castle Ruin to the west, the house is located at the back of the property - hidden between trees and natural areas. The house was built from sustainable materials at a building course at Grobund in 2022. Here you can find silence and nature, while you get the opportunity to try the simple life in a tiny house, where there is what you need - and nothing more.
