Holiday rentals in Rongotea

We had a great time in Whanganui with lots to do over the school hols. While we weren’t in the house very much, it was comfortable and very well appointed for our group from 11 to 82! The backyard and games room are excellent for families.

We stayed for a long weekend for a girls weekend and to do a long day walk on a Saturday. Beautiful spot to relax for a weekend or if you’re planning a hike around the area. The cottage had everything we needed and more and we definitely left feeling like we had a mini vacation! Richard was great at communicating and making sure our time spent at the cottage was wonderful. The pool was an absolute treat after our hike and the spa also to stargaze. Thank you!

absolutely stunning property everything you would imagine a homestead to be, it was really grand inside put also warm and very comfortable. we have two children so it was nice to relax and let them enjoy the space. pool was great we had some fun imagine the summer months to be even better. What a beautiful house. The bed was so comfy that now the mrs wants to throw out her bed. Loved the bathroom, gave us some great ideas for our own build. Beautiful house.

House was well equipped and very spacious.Lovely large back and front gardens.Bus stop nearby but not many buses so we used taxis into town and back. Host was very helpful on the two occasions I called her. There were only 2 of us but would be great for a family. We enjoyed our stay.

Where to start! Fresh sourdough bread, homemade granola, milk and rosé in the fridge on arrival, soft robes in the cupboard, stunning view - these are just a few of the things that made our experience in Yutori House so memorable. Thank you Stephanie for helping to create lovely memories for myself and my friends in your place - an absolute must! :)

What a find!! Villa on Main was the perfect spot for our visit to the beautiful Greytown/Wairarapa region. Everything was within easy walking distance i.e. to eateries and awesome retail therapy. The Villa was very comfortable and extremely well appointed. We lacked for nothing. The mornings were a little fresh but the heat pumps warmed up the place nicely. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were pristine with great water pressure and the full kitchen topped it off. We would highly recommend Kate's place. Thanks Kate.
