The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder on the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christians Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic and no pets allowed. Bed linen, towels, etc. are not provided for the stay, but can be ordered in advance for DKK 200 per person.

Vacation home near sandy beach

This holiday home is located in a holiday village with 52 houses, divided into 5 clusters. There is a shared swimming pool (remember towels for outdoor use), playground, common house, laundry room, parking space, and waste container. All grass areas are shared. Do NOT park at the house. The house is for 4 people, but by arrangement a fifth person can be allowed. I am not a big fan of pets, but by agreement it can be arranged. It is about 300 meters to the beach. The town is located in a forest, with plenty of nature.

Apartment 3 is 80 m2 with three bedrooms, a private bathroom and a kitchen-living room. The apartment is newly renovated in Nordic style with wicker furniture, linen rugs and exposed beams. Enjoy your meals outdoors at your own picnic table, by the fire or in our new orangery with fireplace. Dogs are allowed. Birkelund has its own charging station for electric cars.

Holiday apartment made in the old farmhouse on a disused farm between Rønne and Hasle. Lovely courtyard that can be closed off so that children can play safely. Several table and bench sets have been set up for free use. You can experience lots of small birds in the garden and occasionally also deer and hares. Lovely large partial wild garden with fruit trees, cherries, apples and pears, which you are welcome to eat. Ca 2 km. to small cozy beach, forest and lakes. I live on the property myself.

The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

The large garden invites relaxation between sightseeing and excursions, but is large enough for games and ball games. Most of the garden is fenced with hedges, but be aware that dogs can leave the garden.
