Lovely clean house with high ceilings and plenty of space. Easy to get to. Walney Island is a lovely place to go with beautiful surroundings.

Comfortable, clean, well equipped. Perfect base for what we needed and Archie loved the suntrap garden.

Cosy & homely flat,felt calm and relaxed, quiet street,close to shops,pubs, places to eat/takeaways. Lockbox with clear early instructions on how to gain entrance. Everything you could possibly want in kitchen, sitting room, bedroom and bathroom. Tom and Alison were in contact and on hand to help if required. I would definitely stay here again 110%,good value for money.

Clean and comfortable little cottage with a wonderful, dog friendly garden. Sharon didn't leave lots of 'rules' about our dog, which was great and which ensured we treated her place with respect eg the dog didnt go upstairs and we were scrupulous about cleaning up after her. The set up regarding the house next door perhaps needs clarification as we weren't sure which garden furniture to use or whether our dog had access to the whole garden. The kitchen is bright and clean and equipped to an okay standard, although some serving bowls would be useful.
