Exceptional, cosy, light and very large house. Lovely living-room, huge kitchen with everything a chef needs. Large walled- city garden and 4 large bedrooms. Ideally located in "West-Brabant", 45 min from the beaches of Zeeland, 30 min from Rotterdam and Antwerp and 20 min from Breda. You will enjoy our house because of the athmospheren, the light, garden, neighbourhood and comformtable beds. My house is suitable for couples, business travellers, groups of friends and families. Bed and breakfast "Villa Pats", is located in the beautiful village of Gilze, also popularly known as "Gils". Gilze is a small village in the middle of Brabant, with many places of interest. Gilze is located in a very wooded and quiet area. The cottage has its own entrance and private parking space. Gilze is located between the major cities of Tilburg and Breda and half an hour from Antwerp and Rotterdam. Amusement park "De Efteling" and Safari Park "De Beekse Bergen" are also very close by.

Villa Forestier, a beautiful villa situated in one of the oldest forests of the Netherlands. This atmospheric house is ideal for guests who are looking for a peaceful stay. Close to the charming center of Breda, Etten-Leur or Prinsenbeek. The forest, named Liesbos, has been owned by the royal family. They also used this place for the hunt. The cozy villa is equipped with a great garden surrounded by century-old oak trees. The villa is warmly decorated with a classic and modern style.

Our guesthouse is located in the old harbor district of historic Bergen op Zoom. Located on the Brabantse Wal between Rotterdam, Antwerp and the Zeeland coast. Plenty of cozy cafes and restaurants! Through a shared gate, you enter the backyard where the guesthouse is located. On the ground floor is the living room, kitchenette and toilet. Via the authentic, steep stairs you enter the bedroom with bathroom and access to the roof terrace. The rooms are not suitable for the disabled.

The outdoor house is a very comfortable home, suitable for vacation or working from home. It is a spacious cozy house with open kitchen, living room, 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. At the back, there is a terrace with seating area and hot tub and beautiful views. Beds are made up. Dogs are welcome, fenced garden. Located in Rijsbergen on the road from Breda to Zundert, just outside the built-up area with supermarkets, bakery and restaurants, hiking and cycling paths nearby.

Cozy and private studio, 4.5 km from centre

Nice room with your own bathroom with shower and toilet. There's no real kitchen but there is a fridge and combination microwave. You have your own entrance and behind the room is a large public grass field you can use as your garden. After a 3-minute walk, you'll reach a few shops and the bus stop, from there the bus takes you in 22 minutes to the central station. Bicycles are not available anymore. Parking in the neighborhood is free and there's enough space.

Go for a nice walk in the Kalmthoutse Heide or cycling by the water. The bus has the following amenities: - Fully equipped kitchen - Spacious double bed - Cozy sitting area - Storage space - Air conditioning & heating - Free coffee & tea Luxurious bathroom (including rain shower!) and toilet nearby. Breakfast is no longer offered.
