This independent accommodation, completely renovated in early 2019, is located in the large garden of the owners (charming couple). We reside in Santa Lucia Park, residential area of St Raphael. Our villa and this small house are in a large, quiet garden, 2 steps from the sea (3 minutes walk). The setting is very pleasant and relaxing. There is no overlap. Everything is done to have a 100% relaxing stay. Palms, turtles, cats, shade, sun, pool ( to share)...

House with pool and 400 m from the beach

Located 400 meters from the beach of Issambres, by a path almost pedestrian, our house was renovated this winter. On a plot of 1000 m2, with its private pool, it is located at the top of the land which gives it absolute calm. It is fully equipped. You will spend a dream vacation in a charming house called La Petite. The small measure 60m2 but it is very well arranged, especially since in the summer in the south, we live outside.

Small house with exceptional view of the Rocher de Roquebrune. Fabulous and peaceful setting in the middle of nature. You can also relax by our pool or take a dip on your terrace facing the rock and nature. Beautiful stone villa with heated pool facing the sea, Issambres, in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Close to the beaches, the port, the center of San Peire 1.5kms away, shuttles to Saint-Tropez, restaurants, activities and markets. This air-conditioned villa offers 5 bedrooms each with their own shower room, a heated pool, a pétanque court... The perfect setting to enjoy the Cote d 'Azur!
