Refurbished ground floor of villa to enjoy the southern sun. We are located in Carnoux en Provence, a small wooded town located 10-15 minutes from Cassis/La Ciotat and 20 minutes from Marseille. The accommodation is south-facing, measures ~70 m2, has an independent entrance and parking as well as a large private terrace. Ideal for 1 family of 4 wishing to discover our beautiful region! You'll love this unique and romantic getaway in the heart of Provence. This pretty ancestral cabin, renovated to modern tastes, is nestled at the foot of the Sainte Baume chain, and just behind the bays of Bandol, St Cyr and the coves of Cassis. It has retained its traditional structure. For more than 5 generations this place was dedicated to family meals, to aperitifs. We added a heated pool in the spring. Book it for a cultural, nature, sports or relaxing stay.

Completely refurbished independent studio of 35 m², on the ground floor of the main house in a very quiet area overlooking the city of Carnoux. Equipped kitchen (oven, stove and fridge, Nespresso machine), shower room, air conditioning. Access to the property's pool and pétanque court, the studio offers unobstructed views of the hills. Located 10 minutes from the beaches of Cassis, many walks in the hills directly from the studio.
