Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Housing on a natural plot

Stay in the countryside in our 140 m² wooden house. The house has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds, which can be combined into a double bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, which can be used as needed. Feel free to enjoy our large garden of 15,500 m² with many cozy nooks and a fireplace. We have 15 hens and a rooster that contribute to the rural atmosphere. The house is on one level and has a large, bright living room and a country kitchen. We live in a former cottage on the property.

There are many experiences nearby and is only 35 minutes from Copenhagen and 20 minutes to Roskilde and Holbæk. There is a small garden where games can be grilled and played. Cozy apartment of 68 m2. Two bedrooms. Suitable for 1 to max 3 people. Each room has a 200x140 bed and stairs to loft with a single bed. The apartment has a bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Small kitchen with combination oven, fridge and hob. Coffee and tea are provided. There is a small terrace. The apartment is cozy and beautifully decorated. There is a TV with many channels in the living room. We take pride in the cleanliness of it. Free parking. Welcome to us in the countryside-but close to Lejre, Roskilde and Copenhagen.

The house is located on a large plot where meadow, river, playgrounds, ball field, trampolines, orchard, firepits, etc. make the unfolding possibilities countless. You can go hiking via trails directly outside the door, in the beautiful nature. You can go on bike rides to forest, lake and Sagnlandet Lejre… or you can hop on the train to Roskilde (5min) or Copenhagen (30min). If you want to relax, there is a smaller private garden behind the house and inside you will find both a home theater, board games, Lego and much more.

Cottage close to beach and city

Relax in this cozy cottage, just 300 meters from a fantastic beach. The house has a fenced garden with terraces to the south, east and west. There is also forest nearby as well as Solrød Center with shops and cafes as well as a station with a fast train to Copenhagen. There is a bike route all the way into Copenhagen. Annex with kitchenette, double bed (140 cm width) and bathroom with shower. Own entrance. Totally 22 m2. 1500 m to train station. 800 m to the marina with the Viking Ship Museum. 650 m to the Cathedral and Center. The warm heather that produceses the warm water in the annex is also producing warm water for the tap in the kitchenette. Therefore we suggest not to tap warm water for 10 minutes before having a shower as in this way you will have warm water for shower for about 10-12 minutes.

Sommerhus ved Lejre Vig. Slap af med hele familien i denne fredfyldte bolig. Huset ligger 1. st. række til Roskilde fjord med egen badebro. Hyggeligt ældre træhus på 52 kvm. Der er 4 kajakker og lille robåd, som kan benyttes på eget ansvar. Indkøb 1,5 km. Der er gasgrill på terrassen. 1 soveværelse med HELT NY dobbeltseng (160 cm bred) 1 soveværelse med køjeseng. Mulighed for at sove i stuen på skibsbriks. Husk fiskestang til fiskeri i fjorden. Bus hver halve time til Roskilde.

Beautiful light in the living room all day, from which deer, hares, and various birds can be seen. Fully functional kitchen with filter tap for purified water and dishwasher. Out in the big garden that is deliberate, there is a fire pit, swings, trampoline and sandbox. In the house there is a baby chair and toys.
