Fully furnished home with complete kitchen, bedding and towels. Main floor bathroom has a seated shower with handheld. I will provide a Mayo Clinic parking pass upon request.

This Apartment was lived in by owners/builders of Watts Theatre. Mr. Watts was rumored to be acquaintances with Frank Lloyd Wright who was involved in the planning of the building. You will see many of his features including wide sweeping curves thus eliminating many 90 degree angles.
