Holiday rentals in Rose Valley

Cozy stay - passed through for work and was able to recharge by staying here. Carrie was responsive and the place was super comfy. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Newark.

Apartment was exactly as described, easy to find and access thanks to clear communication from host, spotless, well appointed with everything needed. Handy location on a main street corner with traffic light (could hear expected street noise but no impact for our group) , felt safe, easy wal (s) to Septa station, Bryn Mawn and Haverford campuses, groceries, restaurants , etc. Would stay again.

I can strongly recommend Jesse’s place as a place to stay for a solo traveler. Despite it being toward the smaller size, Jesse has cleverly made sure it has everything you may need easily available. During the stay he regularly checked in to see if everything was good. If I were to come on a solo trip to Philly again, I would choose to stay here.

This has been my third time staying at this property. It was nothing but amazing.From the time I got to the property Skeitha was made sure everything was perfect.I will be back again my home away from home.

Bill was very kind and quick to respond! The house was in a private, peaceful location right by the lake. It was so beautiful to see both from inside the house and outside. The house felt cozy, and everything was as described. It was definitely cold when we went, but there were plenty of heaters going that kept us nice and toasty! We loved our stay here.

What a wonderful stay at Jeff's place! The whole place was stylish, cozy, and I immediately felt right at home. The kitchen was massively stocked with extra appliances and a wealth of spices and sauces to get you started. I basically lived in the bay window overlooking a perfect view of the river, and Jeff was incredibly responsive with great recommendations and helpful tips. Super lovely place, I'll miss my cozy coffee mornings watching the boats go by!

Spacious house, beautiful surroundings, extremely clean! We particularly enjoyed hanging out in the hot tub and grilling outside. The kitchen was also fully equipped. This was a perfect location for our weekend getaway and we will definitely be coming back! Very highly recommended!

I had a lovely stay at Elaine’s place! The WiFi was spotty, but that wasn’t too important for my purposes, luckily. The perfect place to unwind after exploring Philly!

This house exceeded our expectations. This is one of the rare times when the rental looks even better in person than in the pictures. The house was extremely clean, well maintained, and the beds were very comfortable. It was cozy for hanging out and the kitchen well appointed. The location is great too. It was easy to find and park there. There are lots of businesses within walking distance and a water-side park nearby (~ 3/4 mile) for morning walks. It wasn't too far to Elk Neck State Park for a beautiful hike. We were in the area for Thanksgiving, but are already discussing the possibility of coming back in spring or summer to explore more of the area. Last, the hosts were quickly responsive when we communicated a need.
