Monthly Rentals in Rosennano

We had a lovely stay at the ancient stone house. A beautiful old building full of character, set in stunning gardens, so peaceful. The house was as described, Emilio and his wife were great hosts, responded quickly when we had any queries and maintained the pool and gardens discreetly every morning. We spent two evenings at the restaurant in the village which had delicious local home-cooked food and good wine, run by a lovely couple, just a few minutes drive up the hill (it would be possible to walk but it is a fairly steep hill so probably too much for kids in the heat!).

Paola’s place is paradise on earth. The place is spacious, tidy and the authenticity of the 300 year old house is so on point. Even though it is an old house, you don’t notice it! Everything is really well done. Paola is very friendly! She provides a lot of suggestions and is very responsive when you have a question. We even got to taste her homegrown olive oil, which is to die for (sadly not for sale). When visiting Chianti, you really should take this place into consideration!

We absolutely loved staying here. Elvira is a lovely helpful host. San Gusmé was our favourite. Thank you.

We’ve stayed at dozens of airbnbs and Tommaso is by far the best host we’ve ever had. This place has everything: beautiful views of magical countryside, history, peaceful charm, and all the amenities we required. It was a beautiful spot to enjoy a quiet morning before driving and biking all around Tuscany. But Tommaso made the experience so memorable and perfect! He made restaurant reservations for us and couldn’t have been more responsive to any of our questions.
