Fantastic! With a pool, beach and parking

It's perfect. It's got everything. An 8-minute walk from Cala Canyelles, the best beach in Rosas, and 3 km from the centre. Luxury neighbourhood. Parking space for 1 car. Quality Wi-Fi. Great pool. Terrace for four people to enjoy a great meal. Large communal area with a summer lounge, which is only accessible to 14 apartments, so it's very quiet. 2 bedrooms for 4 people to sleep comfortably. The sofa has a double bed inside. It has a dishwasher, two fridges, a gas cooker, a washing machine and a dryer.

A nice oceanfront apartment to relax with your family or friends on vacation in Costa Brava. It has a community swimming pool and parking in front of the apartment. There is a 160cm double bed and a 140cm sofa bed. It has Wi-Fi and a smart TV. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and kettle among other things. Towels and sheets are included in the rate.
