It's perfect. It's got everything. An 8-minute walk from Cala Canyelles, the best beach in Rosas, and 3 km from the centre. Luxury neighbourhood. Parking space for 1 car. Quality Wi-Fi. Great pool. Terrace for four people to enjoy a great meal. Large communal area with a summer lounge, which is only accessible to 14 apartments, so it's very quiet. 2 bedrooms for 4 people to sleep comfortably.
