Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Rosières-près-Troyes

Joelle is very nice and very helpful; she was on hand to greet us at the property the moment we arrived - making access very easy. This was super handy because we were all tired after a long drive back from the Alpes. The apartment is really good., it was also very clean and well presented. Well stocked with everything you need. Comfortable beds and all fresh clean linen. A super-sized TV - immediately on for the Rugby when we arrived - offering a really nice entertainment experience. The property is situated on a main road in Troyes - which wasn’t noisy overnight, we all slept well. A large open-space public car park is directly opposite the apartment, so the property is a very short trip over the road. Would stay again, was a perfect overnight stay for us.

Apartment in the city center with parking right next door, no noise . Bars and restaurants at the foot of the building. Perfect accommodation for up to 6 adults. Small downside the dining room table is intended for 4 and 6 people around it is a little fair.

Very satisfied with the accommodation. Troyes is a small town but actually has quite a few free parking spots, supermarkets and restaurants in abundance. Also Guillaume is quite accommodating and my stay went smoothly.

We had a lovely stay, the accommodation was nice, it feels good and there are the necessities we lacked nothing. Close to shops, bars, restaurants perfect! The instructions were clear whether it was to access the listing or what to do before you left. We see that it's people who want us to feel good ✨ Dimitri also gave us good advice for this nearby parking lot.

Sophi is a very nice and accommodating host. We stayed one night in transit as a family with three children and she was flexible to reach. The apartment is in great condition and easy to reach. What we were able to overlook (we didn't need much), the kitchen was well equipped. Highly recommend! Thank you so much Sophi!

Very good location, large and pleasant apartment, very friendly and accommodating on check-in times. A little more cooking utensils would be nice (bread knife, meat knife).

True to the description, the apartment was nice and functional. It is a 20 min walk to the center of Troyes and barely 10 min by car. Big plus for the closed garage for the car!

Apartment on the outskirts of downtown. Very nice city with many sights. The apartment is nicely decorated. Good shower and good beds. 3rd bedroom from listing is the sofa bed in the living room. The only thing small is the toilet. The staircase is noisy. Saturday night is night out in town. Apartment is so close to the city that noise also comes towards the apartment.

Lovely and spacious home in a quiet, rural setting. It exceeded our expectations we had based on the photos. Kitchen was well-equipped. Beds were fine. With warm weather it stayed pleasantly cool inside. There are no facilities in the village. A bakery and small supermarket available at about 3 km. Troyes is half an hour by car. There are good walks around the village. Communication with gites de france aube and the host went in French (but English will also work)

Sophie's house is lovely. It is ideal for a family, very well located at the gates of Troyes, 1 min from shops and 5 min from factory outlets. It is practical and tastefully decorated. The garden is also nice and the terrace allowed us to enjoy all our meals outside. Board games, ping pong, billiards, ball… the kids had a good time. Sophie is a welcoming and responsive host. We really enjoyed our week, which was relaxing. Thanks Sophie, we'll be back with pleasure!

We had a great time with friends: we were 4 adults and 4 children and everyone found their account; The kids particularly enjoyed their huge dorm room and the ping pong table in the barn; Adults took full advantage of the calm of the place, the garden and the large very well-equipped kitchen. The surroundings are really nice: forest walk, canoeing on the lake, visiting the Château de Vaux in Champagne, discovering animals and even shopping outlet near Troyes; there's no shortage of ideas! Thank you to Florent and his wife for their availability and kindness.

Marc’s place is amazing such a beautiful house with plenty space for 8 people. The house has everything you could need and is really quaint and cute. Fenced in garden as well which was perfect for our dogs. Walking distance to a bakery, butcher and supermarket. Close to a beautiful lake and 20 minutes to Troyes which is a must visit. Would definitely recommend we had an amazing weekend here. Thanks, Marc!

We had a great time with the family at Étienne's. The garden, the games provided, the equipment for outdoor meals, all this contributed, certainly also thanks to the very nice weather - the wood-burning fireplace was not necessary - to spend some nice moments. Functional, well-decorated, step-free, well-appointed

Very good stay, Aurélien is accommodating for schedules. The apartment looks new! and very bright. The bike room is large and secure. The building is very quiet, you can't hear the neighbors at all. Only small downside, you can hear a bit of the nearby bypass when the window is open.

Bertrand's place was ideal for our short visit to Troyes. Clean and comfortable and a short walk to the old town. Parking was also a bonus. Bertrand was super helpful and responsive.
