In addition, Amager is the centre that offers shopping, café/restaurant and much more. The apartment is conveniently located to the beach, where it is recommended to go for morning/evening walks. The apartment is on the top floor of the property and on the left. There is no elevator.

Der er en stor parklignende have på ca. 16.000 m2., hvor man kan gå en tur, gå med hunde og børnene kan lege. Der er mange hyggekroge i haven. Børnefamilier er meget velkomne.
