Charming historic townhouse from the 1800s. Fantastically located on the waterfront at Lynæs harbor in Hundested. Centrally located in the middle of the street and yet scenic with only 200 meters to the authentic port of Lynæs. The beach can be seen from the house and is just a short walk down the road. Lynæs harbor has a fantastic swimming area for year-round swimming, rental of surfing equipment and a private sauna as well as beautiful restaurants and ice cream shops The house has been carefully renovated and decorated with respect for the age and history of the house.

Your private apartment with kitchen and living room. There is a private entrance, bedroom, kitchen/living room with stove and oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine with integrated dryer, SMART TV, large bathroom and enclosed courtyard. Double bed 180 cm. We live on the opposite end of the house, and of course will be available if any questions or otherwise arise. Linens, towels, toilet paper, and tea towels are included. Important! Vi er et par uden hjemmeboende børn. Vi har en sød hund, som måske vil komme og hilse på udendørs, hvis I griller i haven. Hunden kommer ikke i lejligheden. Der er en fryser God til langtidsophold

Large terrace with barbecue and awning for free use. Up to two families with children can stay in the house. I love home decor, coziness and plants, so you can calmly lean back in one of my many cozy corners and enjoy it all with a good book and a cup of coffee from my coffee machine, which can make an exquisite cappuccino, for example. If you want to enjoy nature, there is a beautiful meadow just behind my house, where you can go for a walk or sit on a bench, or there is a 10-minute walk to the beach just off the road outside the house.
