In the courtyard, there is a swimming pool with a shallow section for children, ideal for carefree enjoyment for all generations. Around the pool, there is a sunbathing area with sun loungers, a garden, an orchard, a children's playground with swings, a slide, a children's playhouse, table tennis, and a fully equipped summer house with a fireplace. The villa has a total of four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
