Our lovely bright house is really a place to relax and unwind! For example, in the green, flowery south-facing garden with various seating areas to enjoy the sun or the shade. Or just nice and warm inside the living room with plenty of seating/corners to plop down. In the spacious kitchen, you can cook to your heart's content, and the bathroom has a walk-in shower and a free-standing bathtub. And all that within walking distance of the heart of the city center of Den Bosch!

Studio geschikt voor maximaal 2 volwassenen (en twee kinderen t/m 12 jr). ‘s-Hertogenbosch, is veelzijdig en verrassend. Ieder bezoek aan de stad is onvergetelijk én te kort. Onder de rook van de Sint-Janskathedraal ligt, op fietsafstand (10 min.) van het centrum, B&B KLAAS. Ontdek vanuit hier wat 's-Hertogenbosch jou te bieden heeft. Liever de natuur in? Vanuit onze B&B zijn er diverse fiets- en wandelroutes naar en door verschillende natuurgebieden, bossen en parken.

Bed and Breakfast 't Heesje

Wij zijn Chris en Ans. In 2023 zijn wij begonnen met het bouwen van een kleine B&B in onze achtertuin. Deze achtertuin bevindt zich op 15 fietsminuten van het prachtige ‘s-Hertogenbosch met zijn historische centrum. Een lang gekoesterde wens is hiermee in vervulling gegaan. Do you need a warm place for yourself? Relax and unwind in this peaceful, stylish vinted space. This studio/tiny house is indoors in our farmhouse. From the balcony, you have a view of the river Maas. You live on our property with the animals and in the summer with a few more guests who stay in caravans. It's quiet here but not silent. So you really hear a car, the flushing of our toilet or the lawnmower of the neighbors. People from the city find it quiet here!

Welcome to Sint-Oedenrode, a beautiful village, full of beautiful hiking and cycling areas! And you're right in the middle of it. Only a 5-minute walk from the cozy city center and about a 15-minute drive from Eindhoven (Airport) and Den Bosch, you will find our house. A golf course (De Schoot) and sauna (Thermae Son) are nearby. We live on a quiet street with free parking. You have a view of our private garden. Free WiFi, Digital TV and Netflix are available.

We invite you to our beautiful wooden house. Warm up by the wood-burning stove or splash in the hot tub. You can enjoy the tranquility and space of the Brabant countryside here, a short distance from Den Bosch. The house is behind our own house but gives complete privacy and overlooks the small meadow with chickens. Rural location, peace, space and alpacas

In the guesthouse you immediately feel the relaxing atmosphere. Through the use of natural materials and the view of the garden and the animals, you can really experience the countryside. Outside, you can encounter all kinds of animals, like a hare or a pheasant. And of course the chickens and the alpacas. On the lounge set you see from the guesthouse, you can relax. You walk right into the meadow to get to know the alpacas up close.
