Die Sauna, Kanu, Ruderboot, Stand-Up-Paddle sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und Badminton können kostenfrei genutzt werden. Groß Raden hat ein archäologisches Freilichtmuseum mit Ferienprogrammen und zwei Restaurants. Vom Steg oder Boot aus kann man angeln oder schwimmen. Zur Ostsee, nach Schwerin sowie nach Wismar und Rostock sind ca. 45 km.

The well-equipped kitchen unit with modern appliances (including induction cooktop, convection oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine) is noteworthy. Also available are kitchen scales, grater, salad spinner, garlic press. The sofa can be converted into a comfortable sleeping area (160 × 200). A large flat-screen TV is also available. Small, cozy, practical, perfectly located apartment in Warnemünde! Flooded with light, in the attic, looking forward to friends of the Baltic Sea - which is only 70 m away - but still only 4 minutes to the church square, the heart of Warnemünde. Since the couch is also available as a sleeping place, up to 4 people can stay there - but it is optimal for 2 people. For children, I am happy to provide a bed and chair upon request. Dogs are always welcome with me!
