The accommodation is located on a 3000m² plot with separate terrace not far from the beach, in the countryside and in a very quiet location on the outskirts of Rostock. It is only 12 km to the Baltic Sea, the idyllic beach in Markgrafenheide. It leads through the forest an extended bike path to the beach. You can reach the seaside resort Warnemünde in about 10 km through a tunnel below the river "Warnow" that flows into the Baltic Sea. The spa town of Graal Müritz can also be reached by bike.

Welcome to our sunny little apartment with a closet full of books, original art on the walls and a kitchenette for light meals. Worth seeing on the farm: the BLACK BOX GALLERY and the YELLOW CUBE ceramic studio. The Kunsthof is located on the edge of the Rostock heath, conveniently on the L22, with horse paddocks vis a vis. The Baltic Sea + shopping are 5 km away. Bus stop is almost outside the door.

The spacious accommodation (93 sqm) has a bedroom with a double bed, hallway and bathroom, as well as a living area with a sofa bed (children's beds are not available) and an open kitchen. From the living room, you can reach the terrace to relax. A lockable room is available for bicycles. A car can be parked under the carport. Via key safe, it is possible to arrive from 3 pm and departure until 11 am.

The apartment has great transport links and is still very quietly situated.
