Smoking is allowed on the terrace. No animals! Due to allergies! I CANNOT change the location for the apartment, it is displayed approximately. NO BOOKING FOR ONLY ONE GUEST!!!!!!

Our multigenerational farm in Wichmannsdorf was built by us in 2012. The 115 parish of Wichmannsdorf is located about 4 km from the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn. Chickens, ducks, geese, a cat and a dog live on our farm. My husband and I live in the main house with our 2 children. The grandparents live in the side houses. Hof Rabenstein offers a fantastic view of the fields and our small lake. In the stone circle you can barbecue by arrangement.

The ideal base for relaxing days – whether it's a city trip, a holiday by the Baltic Sea or a business stay. Enjoy the beautifully designed terrace area in the garden. You can park for free right by the house. You can reach the Edeka in a few minutes on foot. From the main train station, you can take the tram to my stop in just 7 minutes.

Our beautiful apartment is a separate small apartment in our house. You have your own apartment entrance here and are therefore completely independent. When furnishing, we proceeded individually and with high quality and used little off the shelf. Free Wi-Fi, SmartTV and modern fitted kitchen are available if you don't want to go to the nearby city, the city harbor or the beach. The apartment has great transport links and is still very quietly situated.

Our renovated holiday apartment with underfloor heating is located on the ground floor of a semi-detached house, with a separate apartment entrance. In a quiet location on the outskirts of Bad Doberan, close to the Baltic Sea, this 35 sqm studio apartment invites you to linger. The local sights can be easily reached both by car and by bicycle. The train is only a 7-minute walk away and takes you to Rostock within 20 minutes.

Beautiful furnished room in a quiet area

A nice, cozy room awaits. There you will find a bed, couch, wardrobe, TV and a small sitting area. The blanket is oversized. There is no kitchen. For small meals, appropriate dishes are available as well as a kettle, fridge and a hot plate for you. You use the bathroom with shower alone. We could rarely meet in the hallway. I can also offer you a bike. If necessary, you can check in in the morning.
